Paul van Casteren

Paul is a coach and Head of Team Learning with ECC. He has provided specialist programmes in personal development and team learning for over ten years, working with corporate clients from financial services, computing, engineering, retail and manufacturing organisations. In the field of management education he has tutored both full-time and part-time MBA programmes as well as contributing to management development programmes at Cranfield University Business School.

Paul has delivered services in training and development at all levels from the boardroom to shop floor, offering a range of peer and work group development processes and has experience of working with clients throughout Europe and the United States of America.

Paul specialises in the use of experiential learning as a medium for change and development, designing and operating programmes, which are engaging, memorable and fun. He is also experienced in the delivery of most psychometric tests and is a co-author of “Executive Coaching – Exploding the Myths”
