David Crookes

David is an Executive Coach with ECC. He has worked in Munich as an HR Development Manager, in Hong Kong as a Management Development Adviser and in the UK as a training and development manager and management development consultant.

With experience of Asia, Africa, Europe and North America in his 20 years in leadership and organisational development David has been involved in leadership and team development in the majority of the 25 countries in which he has worked.

Before moving into leadership development, David worked as a project manager and sales manager in the Unilever group after his graduate and postgraduate studies.

He has worked with over fifty different corporate clients, in the fields of food production, computing, financial services, automobile production, aviation, engineering and with the biggest oil company in the world. In that company he has conducted workshops for teams of production engineers, geophysicists; drilling engineers and oil field reservoir simulation specialists. The work undertaken with these teams has led to increases in productivity in the last three years of over $25 million.
