Ken Hedberg

As President of Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI), Ken Hedberg is also an associate executive coach with ECC. He consults in strategy formation, organisational effectiveness, leadership assessment & development, and executive coaching. PDRI is a pre-eminent research and consulting firm in industrial and organisational psychology, working with government institutions from most branches of the US federal government, several state and local governments, along with a select group of Fortune 100 private sector organizations.

Ken is a proven consultant and senior executive with more than twenty-five years experience, providing advice and leadership in a wide variety of industries and organizational types, in both large company and small, high growth situations. He has held executive positions of increasing levels of responsibility to president and COO. Prior to joining PDRI, he spent over fourteen years in senior positions at a leading global human resource consulting firm specializing in management and executive assessment and development. His tenure included several years living in Brussels, Belgium, and consulting across Europe and Asia.

Education: Ken Hedberg attended the University of Minnesota, earning a B.A. - Economics, B.S. - Business, and M.B.A. - Finance (with honours).
