Iain is an Executive Coach and Managing Director of ECC in New Zealand. He has twenty years of management consulting experience specialising in organisational and personal development. He has gained significant coaching experience in a range of cultures (for example the US, Europe and Asia Pacific) He was previously MD of AON Consulting in Hong Kong and a consulting partner in Deloitte, Touche Tohmatsu.
