Supporting ECC Professional Services
As part of the ECC client services offering, the following products and administrative services are provided to corporate customers:
The Compilor Feedback Family: supporting all of our services, ECC provides either ready-made or customised end-to-end 360º feedback processes. From construction and delivery of questionnaires to presentation of the coaching feedback report, the entire process is offered to corporate customers.
The core activity in this process is collecting feedback from a selection of sources. These may include feedback from boss(es), direct reports, peers and customers.
Individual, team or group feedback tools are available, focusing on individual, team or group strengths and development areas.
The ECC Coaching Compilor Feedback Report: Specifically designed for identifying an individual’s coaching capability, this 360º (or 180º) feedback report identifies coaching strengths and development areas.
Other Diagnostic Tools: In combination with the above feedback tools, a wide range of psychometric instruments are provided, the most popular of which are Myers-Briggs (Step 2), Firo-B and 16PF. Together they present a powerful resource which supports the delivery of the ECC development and assessment services.
